What it does
Log it fast
Type the weight and reps, tick the set. Last time's numbers sit in every box so you know what to beat.
Rest timer on your lock screen
Starts on its own when you tick a set and counts down while your phone is locked.
See the muscles
Every exercise has a moving demo with the working muscles lit up and the cues that matter.
Start with a plan
Full body, upper and lower, push pull legs or a body part split. Gym, dumbbells or bodyweight.
Your week at a glance
Days tick off as you train. Skip one, swap a rest day, open any past workout.
Sprints and runs
Timed rounds count you in and sound the alarm. 5K and 10K times kept with your bests.

Questions
Is it free?
Yes. Logging, the rest timer, the exercise library and demos, starter plans of up to three days, runs and backups are free. Pro adds the written review, weekly muscle targets, unlimited days, full history, the injury log and body weight tracking.
How does the free trial work?
Pro is free for 7 days on both the monthly and yearly plan. Apple takes payment at the end of the trial unless you cancel at least a day before. Cancel any time in the Settings app, under your name, then Subscriptions.
Do I need an account?
No. There is nothing to sign up for. Your training data stays on your phone.
Kilograms or pounds?
Either. Switch in Settings whenever you like. Nothing you have logged is changed.
What is the written review?
A few sentences after each workout on what went well and what to change next time. It is written by AI from the numbers you logged, and only after you agree to those numbers being sent. It is training guidance, not medical advice.
Is there an Android version?
Not yet. iPhone first.
Every exercise, explained
Which muscles it works, how to do it, and how many reps to aim for.
